Host your next wedding, event, or party at the Astin Mansion!

As you all know, Astin Mansion is a MyBCS sponsor, and we wanted to share a little bit about the mansion and what it offers with all of you.

Astin Mansion provides an elegant setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, renewal of vows, and other special events. Built in 1924 by a prominent Bryan family, the mansion has impressive original detail: stone columns, marble floor and mantels, mahogany paneling, a grand staircase, chandeliers, and several working fireplaces.

The mansion and grounds can accommodate everything from intimate family weddings to galas of up to 300 guests. Our event coordinators take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy a truly memorable and meaningful event.

The carefully restored property is a striking example of the grand, exuberant 'Great Gatsby' era. Time and again, Astin Mansion brides, families, and guests are delighted by the formal yet relaxed, elegant but easy ambience of this historic treasure.

...
I sincerely appreciate Chelsea, Melanie, and the entire Astin Mansion staff for the professional manner in which they handled our event. Everything was exactly as they had described, and there were no surprises but great ones. I have heard from so many of our guests that it was such a wonderful time in a beautiful setting.

As parents of the bride, we were extremely pleased with the services provided by Chelsi Coldiron and her team at the Astin Mansion. Chelsi took care of everything - coordinating the wedding rehearsal, ensuring that all decorations were provided as promised, making sure the wedding started on time, and overseeing the reception from start to finish. Thanks to Chelsi, we were able to enjoy every minute of our daughter's wedding.

First of all, let me just say that my entire experience with the Astin Mansion was fantastic! In the very beginning, it was very difficult to find a venue that had I could work with to make my wedding my own. From the very fist meeting with Chelsea, I knew that she was going to work as hard as she could to catch my vision and use her expertise to make it happen to the fullest. Every time we met after that was like a breath of fresh air in the midst of stressful wedding logistics. Projects that seemed nearly impossible to me were simple tasks to Chelsea because of her experience and creativity.
...
Last but not least, Chelsea is down to earth and genuine yet highly professional. She can truly relate to how real brides feel throughout the wedding planning process while shining light on different perspectives as well. She truly went above and beyond to make the big day, my day.

CAVEAT: My wife owns Fabulous Fare bakery and as a preferred vendor, we've provided cakes and sweets for various events at Astin for a few years now.

That said, I think the Mansion is a great local venue. Beautiful building and the people have always been very friendly towards both our company and the clients we've had use the Mansion.

I personally work for the Astin Mansion, under Mrs. Chelsi. We at the mansion love our jobs and want our events to be special for everyone that attends. We don't mind going above and beyond to make our clients happy. We offer a very different atmosphere compared to a ballroom reception. We find the atmosphere to be more personal, but don't let me sway your decision come check us out for yourself!
