WOW! Thats a lot of development! That has to be the biggest development of its kind ever planned in BCS. 3 Hotels, a lot of offices, retail and restaurants.

I think I counted four hotels - that's an interesting plan.

I realize this is not the intent and purpose of this thread but...

Does anyone else have a probably with five curb cuts/streets coming off the feeder road into that Centerpoint complex? Shouldn't there be fewer turn-ins from the feeder road and one or two main entrance into the entire complex?

Let me state clearly that I am not an urban planner/designer and don't know a thing about it.

Do you know who the developer is on this project?
